Intake
Air intakes are available in several designs for the BMW E36, including carbon fiber housings, ducted filters, and intake kits with heat shields.
Gruppe M Carbon Fiber Intake
The Gruppe M carbon fiber intake is a premium option with a carbon fiber housing. It offers a distinctive engine-bay appearance at a higher price point.
Budget Carbon Fiber Intake
The budget carbon fiber intake is a straightforward option sold by Race German. It uses a proprietary filter, so consider replacement filter availability when choosing this setup.
The air duct can be routed toward the front grilles or lower bumper. Consider water exposure when positioning the duct opening.
Racing Dynamics Intake
The Racing Dynamics intake offers a robust intake assembly with a heat shield.
